Plant 1

Seating Division

Plot 38, Sector 6, Faridabad

Plant 1 is SIETZ's primary seating manufacturing facility at Plot 38, Sector 6, Faridabad. Houses a fully automated PU seat assembly line, foam injection & curing systems and dedicated quality cells producing tractor driver seats and construction machine seats for Tier-1 OEM partners.

Pre-dispatch quality gate conformance to OEM specifications before shipment

From Raw Material to OEM Assembly Lines

A disciplined, end-to-end manufacturing process every stage is controlled, documented and validated before the product moves forward.

Raw Material

Certified steel, foam and hardware from approved vendor list inward inspection before release to production floor.

CNC Machining

Precision turning, milling and forming on VMC/CNC centres first-piece approval before batch production commences.

Fabrication

Pipe bending, flaring, welding and press forming all process parameters logged for full traceability.

Assembly

Sub-assembly followed by final assembly on dedicated lines torque-controlled fastening throughout.

Quality Gate

Leakage testing, dimensional checks, visual inspection 100% for critical characteristics, AQL sampling for others.

OEM Dispatch

Packed to customer packaging standard just-in-time dispatch to Escorts Kubota, New Holland, and other OEM lines.
