Our Process

Quality at Every Stage

From the moment raw material arrives to the moment a finished component leaves our dock every step is controlled, documented and verified.

Every inbound material steel, foam, hardware and sub-components is inspected against our approved vendor specifications before it enters the production floor. Non-conforming material is quarantined and returned. No exceptions.

What We Verify

  • Dimensional verification against drawing
  • Material test certificate review
  • Surface finish and visual inspection
  • Batch traceability tagging

Statistical Process Control (SPC) is applied at all critical production stages. Each operation has a documented control plan operators verify against it in real time. Defects are stopped at source, not discovered at the end of the line.

What We Verify

  • Control plan adherence at each station
  • First-off inspection before batch run
  • SPC charting for critical dimensions
  • In-line gauge calibration records

Finished components are measured against OEM-specific acceptance criteria. CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) inspection is conducted for critical features. Functional testing such as leakage, load and fitment is performed on applicable product families.

What We Verify

  • CMM dimensional report on critical features
  • Functional / leakage testing (applicable parts)
  • 100% visual inspection per cosmetic standard
  • AQL sampling for non-critical characteristics

Every outbound shipment is accompanied by a Certificate of Conformance signed by the Quality Head. Full traceability from raw material batch to finished part is documented in our QMS. PPAP documentation is available for all new part qualifications.

Level 3 PPAP documentation available for all new part qualifications including control plans, process flow and MSA reports.

Advanced Product Quality Planning

Structured APQP followed for all new product launches from design review through process validation to production readiness sign-off.

Statistical Process Control

Real-time SPC charts maintained at all critical operations. Cpk ≥ 1.33 maintained on key product dimensions as standard.

Measurement System Analysis

Gauge R&R and MSA studies conducted for all critical measurement systems. Calibration records maintained per ISO 9001 requirements.
